BREAKING: NFL announces it will issue stronger domestic violence penalties

In a letter sent to every NFL owner, Commissioner Roger Goodell announced enhanced discipline that will result in a six-game suspension for a first offense and a lifetime ban for a second offense committed by any NFL employee.
