BREAKING: Poll: More Americans support U.S. action in solving world's problems

  After years of retrenchment in the wake of two costly wars, Americans increasingly are open to a larger U.S. role in addressing perilous challenges around the world, a USA TODAY/Pew Research Center Poll finds. In addition, 54% say the president is "not tough enough" in his approach to foreign policy and national security issues.
